Deep Roots: Mastering the Maples and Oaks of Wisconsin – June 7

Deep Roots: Mastering the Maples and Oaks of Wisconsin – June 7

Ever wondered which tree is which while wandering through the woods? Join us for an immersive workshop led by Jeff Kante, a retired area forester with a lifetime of experience. We’ll start with an engaging indoor session to unlock the secrets of our native oaks and maples, then head out onto the trails of the Hausmann Nature Center to put your eyes to the test.

Bring your binoculars and your curiosity—let’s see the forest for more than just the trees!

If you're interested in attending, please sign up for the event.
