Pollinators of Wisconsin- July 18

Pollinators of Wisconsin- July 18

Saturday, July 18 - 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Join us for an engaging dive into the essential world of Wisconsin’s hardest-working residents. This special program, co-hosted with the Waukesha County Land Conservancy, explores the vital roles that bees, butterflies, and other pollinators play in maintaining our local ecosystems and food systems. Whether you are a backyard gardener or a nature enthusiast, you will gain a deeper appreciation for the biodiversity found within the Kettle Moraine State Forest and learn how these small creatures make a massive impact on the health of our landscape.

Presented by Helen Holtz, this session offers a unique opportunity to learn from an expert about the specific pollinator species native to our region. From identifying local species to understanding the challenges they face, Helen will guide attendees through the fascinating science of pollination. Don't miss this chance to connect with your community and discover how we can all help Wisconsin’s pollinators thrive!

If you're interested in attending, please sign up for the event.

Cost of the event is $8 per person. Advanced registration is required. Our Pollinators of Wisconsin program will only run with a minimum of 4 tickets sold. Be sure to grab your spot and invite a friend! If we don't reach the minimum all guests will be notified and receive a full refund.
