Join ANFT-certified Forest Therapy Guide, Megan Bollen, for a spring-themed nature immersion in the woods of Lapham Peak. This intentional walk includes invitations to engage your senses, opportunities for shared reflections, and mindfully prepared tea.

Rooted in the internationally practiced and researched approach of forest bathing, this experience offers a chance to thoughtfully disconnect from technology, slow down, and notice the gifts of Spring in our beautiful Wisconsin landscape.

About your guide: Megan Bollen is a certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). She is passionate about guiding others into spaces where they can reconnect with the natural world, others, and themselves. She is Wilderness First Aid certified through the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and holds an M.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder. She guides locally through Juniper Trails LLC (www.juniper-trails.com).

Cost of the event is $25 per person. Advanced registration is required. Our Guided Spring Forest Walk & Tea program will only run with a minimum of 4 tickets sold. Be sure to grab your spot and invite a friend! If we don't reach the minimum all guests will be notified and receive a full refund. If the minimum is not met, the program will be cancelled on or before April 27, 2026.
