WISCONSIN FRIENDS EXPLORE CHALLENGE Increase healthy habits in fun challenging ways. The Friends of Wisconsin State Parks and Wisconsin Friends Explore challenge visitors to explore Wisconsin state park properties in new and/or fun ways, increase healthy habits, and connect with family and friends. 2021 VIRTUAL BIRKEBEINER SKI RACE The Wisconsin State Park System is excited to partner with the American Birkebeiner Ski Foundation for the 2021 Birkebeiner (Birkie) Ski Race. This year, the Birkie will be held virtually. Join in the fun by completing the race anywhere between Feb. 20 to 28. Learn more about how to participate virtually here.
