Friends of Lapham Peak donate future Lapham Lodge to DNR
The Friends of Lapham Peak have been raising funds and developing plans for the new Lapham Lodge, to be located at the Evergreen Trailhead in the Lapham Peak Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest. May 2, 4-7pm, Culvers in Wales, Fundraiser for the Eagle Scout Project
Eat at Culvers in Wales, May 2, 4-7pm, and help us raise money for an Eagle Scout Project that will put a new fire pit and ring in at Lapham Peak at Homestead Hollow. 10% of sales will go to this project, something we have needed for a long time.

We need to plant 25 Buttonbushes along the warm up loop, work on the backpack shelter area, get wood chips on the trails and work on trail erosion. 2023 Bird Watching Hikes in May!

Firewood Available for Donations
We have firewood racks at: Evergreen (2) for the firepit and wood burning stove We also have a firewood rack at the Campsite And we have a new firepit and firewood rack at Homestead Hollow’s Trecker Lodge. We request a donation for the firewood; those donations ALL go to helping us maintain the prairies and woodlands at Lapham Peak!
